If you are ordering for the first time, after you have placed your order we will reach out to organise a services agreement. This will cover fees, process and account details.
We will send you a property pack (or two) which match your order. You can present these to your clients knowing we have a services agreement in place.
If your clients are ready to purchase, complete the EOI form, with a holding deposit, and we will prepare the contracts.
We will organise for contracts to be issued to you, so you can then liaise with your clients; one for the land and one for the home build or single contract for an SMSF investment.
We will then be enacted as your project manager to coordinate and deliver the package on contract signing.
ALC will project manage the land delivery, home build and landscaping as per the contract and provide a detailed handover assessment to ensure quality control.
Your clients have a new investment property according to the contract.
