To access our project list you have to become a channel partner.

The ALC project list contains exclusive H&L packages, only available through ALC.

That’s easy! Simply request a marketing agreement.

If you would you like to proceed with becoming a preferred partner, please provide ALC with the following company information to be included in the Marketing Agreement:

  2. ACN
  3. Registered business address

We are property aggregators in the B2B space. We offer a complete new house and land delivery service by sourcing and packaging a quality home for you to deliver to your client.

We currently operate in SEQ, Victoria and South Australia. We can add you to our project list which contains our pre-packaged stock and projects.

We control our stock; it is our land, so this won’t happen. If a property is sourced using your specific client needs, we will provide the exclusive hold period.

We don’t sell other builder’s or provider’s two-part stock. We occasionally sell other developer’s single contracts.

All our home and land packages are full turn key, so you can relax knowing we’ve taken care of every last detail right down to the clothesline.
