What is an order?

An order is a request for an investment property. Tell us where, how big or small and how much and we’ll send you a property pack that best matches your criteria.

You will receive a property proposal in pdf format.

How do I make an order?

Simply complete the form here.

We will ask you for details on what, where, how much and who you are.

Does an order cost anything?

No an order is free.

That’s right, there is no charge to request a property matching your order.

We never charge you anything. In fact, you will only ever receive a payment whch happens when your clients make a purchase.

How long does it take to receive a property proposal after an order?

24 hours.

We will return a proposal to you in approximately 24 hours.

If you make the order on a weekend, allow for 24 hours during a business week.

This means an order on Sunday may not get to you until Tuesday.

How do I get paid?

You get paid according to your services agreement with ALC Projects.

On your first order, we’ll identify you do not yet have a signed agreement with ALC and will organise to discuss this with you.

How do I get a services agreement with ALC Projects?

Make your first order, then ALC will contact you to arrange a services agreement.

The services agreement will confirm fees, timing and payment terms and conditions.

Are my clients buying from ALC Projects?

No, ALC Projects is a service provider.

We connect land developers, home builders and investors together through you.

We then deliver the home as contract to you for your clients.  Hassle free.

Can I order anything?


But we will only be able to provide what is market realistic within the markets we operate.

Don’t be that cheeky agent ordering 2 bedrmoom townhomes in Melbourne City for $150,000.

Do I have to go through with an order?

No, there is no contract in place on an order.

You have a risk free opportunity to present the property to your client.

However, please note we can not hold property for more than one week for you without an EOI.
